Resolving Customer Issues
In the unlikely event that you have a concern, need to report abuse such as phishing, spam etc., or wish to make a complaint, then in the first instance please contact me by email using the contact form, or email address, above. I'll usually be able to respond within 48 hours, aim to respond to all enquiries within 5 working days, and will attempt to resolve any issues within 14 days of hearing from you.
